Interesting. Congresswoman Boebert might be a perfect plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against Speaker Pelosi and the House of Representatives. In trying to take away her constitutionally-protected civil rights, the Left in Congress exhibits mob rule, a fundamental reason the Founders created a republic and not democracy.

The Constitution empowers each house in Congress to determine their own rules of operation. [1]

However, that does NOT empower them to restrict the Constitution, as they are doing here, violating the Second Amendment. [2]

The House, by passage of these new rules, has, rapidly, surrendered to fear, and mob rule. Yes, the Constitution enables a majority in the House of Representatives to pass a rule, BUT it does NOT empower a majority, minority, or anything, to subvert the Constitution.

Representative Boebert’s rights are being violated by her fellow members of Congress, a clear and present danger to our Constitution if allowed to continue. The Constitution is supreme, not rules passed by Congress.[3] And any court would be clearly required to rule in her favor.[4]

America has seen an uptick of fear, tyranny and knee-jerk reactions all violative of our basic rights, Constitution, and laws. Religious liberties clearly protected in normal times and crises, by the Constitution and federal laws, are being trampled. [5]. Constitutions are designed to keep us in our lane during times of crises. [6] They should be consulted more often during times of crises.
